July 20 (Bloomberg) -- Juan Jose Suarez Coppel, chief executive officer of Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex), talks about the company's oil production levels, technical agreements and joint ventures, and international strategy. Suarez Coppel, speaking with Bloomberg reporters and editors in New York, also discusses Pemex's relationship with the Mexican government, the likelihood the company will issue preferred share-like securities to the public and Pemex's stake in Spain’s Repsol SA.
