Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Bill Plummer, spokesman for Huawei Technologies Co., talks about the company's response to a House Intelligence Committee report that finds Huawei and ZTE Corp., China's two largest phone-equipment makers, provide opportunities for Chinese intelligence services to tamper with U.S. telecommunications networks for spying.
