26:25 - The pound dropped versus most of its 16 major peers after Bank of England policy maker Martin Weale said he’s begun to favor immediate stimulus for the U.K. economy. Sterling, which already was the biggest loser versus the dollar over the past month, extended its drop after the Financial Times reported that Weale, an independent member of the BOE’s Monetary Policy Committee, changed his mind on the timing of stimulus after purchasing managers’ indexes released July 22 were a lot worse than he had thought.
