S&P's Chambers on U.S. Rating, Sequestration, Fed
March 1 (Bloomberg) -- John Chambers, managing director of sovereign ratings at Standard & Poor’s, talks about the potential effects of automatic federal spending cuts, political "dysfunctionality" and the U.S.'s credit rating.
