May 3 (Bloomberg) -- Philippine Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima talks about the nation's investment grade rating by Standard & Poor's, and the outlook for the domestic economy. The Philippines beat Indonesia to win an investment grade from S&P’s, as President Benigno Aquino outshines Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in improving government finances and spurring growth.
