Will Obama's EU Trade Deal Harm WTO?

March 6 (Bloomberg Law) -- As the United States and European Union begin to negotiate a landmark free trade agreement, some critics worry that the new deal could undermine the current global trade system embodied in the WTO. Jim Bacchus, partner at Greenberg Traurig LLP and former Democratic congressman from Florida, tells Bloomberg Law's Lee Pacchia how the new free trade agreement could be crafted in way to preserve WTO's effectiveness.
