Jan. 7 (Bloomberg) -- The Overseas Reymar, a crude oil tanker with no cargo on board, struck the San Francisco Bay Bridge, said Captain Peter McIsaac, port agent for the San Francisco Bar Pilots, who visually inspected the scene by boat.
