Surprising Hurdle to Success for Hot NYC Restaurant
March 20 (Bloomberg) -- Charlie Bird is one of the hottest restaurants in Manhattan, but despite its success chef Ryan Hardy admits he's had some hurdles to clear. The biggest challenge: finding loyal staff that doesn't leave him cleaning dishes at four in the morning.
