Office Depot, Office Max Talk Merger Under Pressure

Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Adam Johnson reports that Office Depot Inc. and OfficeMax Inc. are discussing a possible merger deal that would create a single office-supply retailer to compete with Staples.
