Fed's Tarullo Speaks About Shadow Banking

Nov. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Federal Reserve Governor Daniel Tarullo speaks about shadow banking and stability of the financial system at the Economic Policy Institute in Washington. Tarullo said large banks should be subject to higher capital requirements if they rely heavily on non-deposit funding, while also recommending regulators set a minimum safety margin level for all forms of collateralized lending.
