Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Chad Thomas reports that car sales fell to a lowest level for a January in the European Union, with Ford Motor Co. and PSA Peugeot Citroen posting the biggest drops. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
