June 27 (Bloomberg) -- Jeffrey Zients, director of the White House National Economic Council, talks about the outlook for President Barack Obama's nominations to fill two vacancies on the Federal Reserve Board. Zients also discusses the possible impact of turmoil in Iraq on U.S. gasoline prices and the outlook for passage of new immigration rules.
