07:57 - Jan. 29 -- European Central Bank Supervisory Board Chair Daniele Nouy said even the best-capitalized European lenders will need to exercise caution in returning profits to shareholders this year given Europe’s fragile economic recovery. “They have to be conservative because there is no certainty that the coming years will be easy ones,” Nouy said in an interview before the central bank’s release of a recommendation on dividend policy.
