Shibor Key for China's Rate Liberalization

Sept. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Tang Maoheng, Bank of China's chief product specialist of loan syndication, talks about the outlook for the market on the mainland. China’s Shanghai interbank offered rate, the measure guiding the interest banks charge to borrow from one another, will become a key benchmark for the country’s loan market, Tang said.
