Feb. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg Markets Editor Manus Cranny reports that BHP Billiton has named copper unit head Andrew Mackenzie as chief executive officer to succeed Marius Kloppers, who failed to deliver on about $200 billion of potential takeovers.
