Colleges Under Fire for Sexual Assault Procedures

June 13 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. colleges are under fire for using antiquated and amateurish procedures to prevent and investigate rapes and other sexual assaults on campus. Faculty at Occidental College in Los Angeles, where students and alumni have filed a federal complaint about the school's sexual assault procedures, say that students need to be educated early about campus risks.
