April 22 (Bloomberg) -- Christopher Swift, a professor at Georgetown University and a Fellow at the University of Virginia Law School’s Center for National Security Law, talks about the suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings and political landscape in the Northern Caucasus region of Russia.
