April 26 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Representative Kevin Yoder, a Kansas Republican, talks about the Securities and Exchange Commission's plan to consider requiring public companies to disclose political spending. Yoder coordinated a letter from 66 House Republicans urging the SEC not to move forward with a rule. He speaks with Erik Schatzker and Sara Eisen on Bloomberg Television's "Market Makers."
