Oct. 30 (Bloomberg) -- R. A. Badwe, the director of Mumbai's Tata Memorial Hospital and head of the surgery department, talks about a breast cancer surge in India. The country is home to 17 percent of the global population but suffers from 21 percent of the disease burden, the World Health Organization says.
