Musk Takes Page From PayPal With Tesla Referral Incentive
09:50 - Tesla’s Elon Musk reached back to his days at PayPal for the electric-car maker’s first-ever incentive offer. Anyone who orders a new Model S sedan before Oct. 31 using the referral link of a current owner will get $1,000 off the purchase price, under the program announced July 29.
