Aug. 18 (Bloomberg) -- The Air Force Thunderbirds, a squad that performs F-16 air show demonstrations, lost their funding in 2013 due to the sequestration. Now they're back, flying 66 demonstrations in 2014. What does it cost to run this elite squadron?
