Spain Mortgage Lending Tumbles 31.6% in November

Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Ryan Chilcote reports that Spain saw two economic negatives as mortgage lending fell more than 30 percent in November, while tourism was down more than one percent for December. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
