Pacific Nations Look to End Diesel Dependence

March 31 (Bloomberg) -- Leaders of some of the smallest countries on earth gathered last week to find solutions to an energy crisis that's squeezing them on two fronts. Pacific Island nations are not only reliant on expensive diesel imports to keep the lights on, they're also among the most at risk from rising sea levels brought on by carbon emissions.
