Sept. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Treasury Secretary Jacob J. Lew talks about U.S. economic conditions and the debt ceiling. Lew, speaking at the Economic Club of Washington, warned Congress against waiting to increase the debt limit and said the administration wouldn’t accept an agreement that defunds or delays President Barack Obama’s health-care law. Bundesbank VP Warns Low Rates Could Bring Investors Risks
