Osborne to Propose Plans for Rule-Breaking Banks

Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Ryan Chilcote reports that U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne will propose legislation allowing the government to break up banks that disregard rules to protect their retail operations. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
