U.S. Jobs Report, Housing Market and Fed Outlook

June 7 (Bloomberg) -- John Silvia, chief economist at Wells Fargo Securities LLC, and Ara Hovnanian, chief executive officer of Hovnanian Enterprises Inc., talk about the May U.S. jobs report and outlook for the housing market and Federal Reserve monetary policy. Payrolls rose 175,000 last month after a revised 149,000 increase in April that was smaller than first estimated, Labor Department figures showed today in Washington.
