June 26 (Bloomberg) -- Robert Shiller, an economics professor at Yale University and co-creator of the S&P/Case-Shiller index of property values in 20 cities, talks about the U.S. housing market. The S&P/Case-Shiller index dropped 1.9 percent in April from the same month in 2011, the smallest decline since November 2010.
