Republican Governors Opt Out of Medicaid Expansion

July 10 (Bloomberg) -- Texas Governor Rick Perry says his state will not expand the state's Medicaid program or create an insurance exchange. Texas is the latest state to opt out of the Medicaid expansion, potentially costing health-care providers in the state more than $45 billion.
