Hutchison Seeks Telecom Italia Control in Merger

April 12 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Dan Liefgreen reports that Hutchison Whampoa Italian business would want control of any combined entity as Telecom Italia received approval from its board to pursue a possible merger of the two companies. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
