Teen Film Screenwriter Lasker-Hall on `Speechless'

May 15 (Bloomberg) -- Roxanne Lasker-Hall, a 17-year-old from Cleveland, talks to Bloomberg’s Amanda Gordon about the premiere of her short film “Speechless," in New York last month. The script for the film was chosen for production by Scenarios USA, a non-profit organization that hosts writing and filmmaking programs for high school students. The film, directed by Karyn Kusama, tells the story of a teenage boy who finds the courage to speak about being sexually assaulted and end the cycle of abuse. (Source: Bloomberg)
