March 12 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Ryan Chilcote reports that former Autonomy executives have hired criminal defense attorneys as the U.K. Serious Fraud Office has opened an investigation into allegations of wrongdoing by Autonomy Corp. managers. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Countdown."
