Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Megan Hughes reports that the U.S. Congress has found two Chinese technology companies pose a security risk to the United States. Both Huawei Technologies Corp. and ZTE Corp. failed to cooperate with a yearlong investigation on their U.S. business interests and relationship to the Chinese government. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Lunch Money."
