June 5 (Bloomberg) -- Kelvin Tay, Singapore-based chief investment officer for the southern Asia-Pacific region at UBS AG’s wealth management unit, talks about the outlook for the U.S. economy, Federal Reserve monetary policy and its implications for Asian economies.
