April 25 (Bloomberg) -- Michael Amey, money manager at Pacific Investment Management Co., discusses European Central Bank monetary policy, the U.K. economy and the outlook for Bank of England quantitative easing after data reported today showed gross domestic product rose 0.3 percent in the first quarter, beating economists' forecasts.
