Netflix Adopts Poison Pill to Protect Against Icahn

Nov. 5 (Bloomberg) – Bloomberg’s Josh Lipton reports that Netflix adopted a so-called poison pill to protect against a hostile takeover after billionaire investor Carl Icahn acquired an almost 10 percent stake in the company. He speaks on Bloomberg Television’s “Money Moves.”
