Oct. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Francisco Blanch, head of global commodities and derivatives research for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Jason Bordoff, director of the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University, and Barry Smitherman, chairman of the Texas Railroad Commission, participated in a panel discussion about the outlook for crude oil. Publicis Reports Higher-Than-Expected Sales Growth
51:25 - Publicis Groupe SA, whose ad agencies work for brands such as Cadillac, Novartis and Sony PlayStation, reported fourth-quarter organic sales growth of 2.8 percent, thanks to business from digital operations and more work in North America. The Paris-based advertiser posted full-year organic sales growth of 1.5 percent, beating its own forecast from October of expansion of 1 percent, owing to strong development in the final three months of the year, it said in a statement Thursday.
