Building Explodes, Collapses in NYC's East Harlem

March 12 (Bloomberg) -- New York City police and firefighters are fighting a blaze after a building explosion on Park Avenue adjacent to elevated train tracks in East Harlem. The blast, reported about 9:30 a.m., was at 1644-66 Park Avenue, said Elisheva Zakheim, a Fire Department spokeswoman. She said 11 minor injuries were reported at the scene. (Source: Bloomberg)
