Bank of England's Tucker on Diamond Memo

July 9 (Bloomberg) -- Bank of England Deputy Governor Paul Tucker said part of the note written by former Barclays Plc Chief Executive Officer Robert Diamond concerning a phone call between them in October 2008 about the manipulation of Libor “gives the wrong impression.” Tucker spoke before lawmakers in a parliamentary hearing in London today.
