April 1 (Bloomberg) -- Liu Li-Gang, chief economist for Greater China at Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. in Hong Kong, talks about the outlook for the nation's economy. A Chinese manufacturing index was little changed in March from the previous month, underscoring weakness in the world’s second biggest economy as leaders contemplate whether to add stimulus.
