Greenspan: Taxes, Recession Good Deal for Benefits

Nov. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Former Federal Reserve chairman Alan Greenspan discusses the trade off of higher taxes and a small recession being "a pretty good deal" to create a decline in social benefits. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop."
