44:44 - European stocks rose with U.S. equity-index futures as Apple Inc.’s earnings fueled optimism over the outlook for the global economy. The yen weakened and Japanese shares rallied after the prime minister signaled he was committed to a $265 billion stimulus package. Treasuries headed lower before the Fed’s interest-rate decision, with the yield on two-year notes rising one basis point to 0.76 percent, having risen on Tuesday to the highest since the day of the U.K.’s Brexit vote. Yields on benchmark 10-year notes also rose one basis point, to 1.57 percent.
