Aug. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Robert Sumwalt, a member of the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board, talks about the agency's investigation into a United Parcel Service Inc. cargo jet that crashed and exploded early today while approaching the airport in Birmingham, Alabama.
