Euro `Isn't Trading Off Political Risk': Papadavid
28:15 - The euro is responding to the European Central Bank's quantitative easing program and isn't trading off political risk, according to Phyllis Papadavid, senior global foreign exchange strategist at BNP Paribas SA.
