Dec. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Chambers, director of research at the Institute of Southeast Asian Affairs, talks about the Thai protests and the outlook for Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra's government. Yingluck dissolved parliament and called for fresh elections as anti-government protesters began converging on Government House in Bangkok to push for her ouster.
