China May Raise Interest Rates in 4th Quarter

June 3 (Bloomberg) -- Hu Yifan, chief economist at Haitong Securities Co. in Hong Kong, talks about the outlook for China's economy, fiscal and monetary policies. China’s manufacturing unexpectedly accelerated in May. The Purchasing Managers’ Index rose to 50.8 from 50.6 in April, the National Bureau of Statistics and China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing said.
