Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) -- John Gordon, founder of San Diego-based restaurant consultant Pacific Management Consulting Group, talks to Bloomberg's Seth Lubove about In-N-Out Burger restaurant's 30-year-old owner Lynsi Torres and the possibility she will maintain ownership after gaining full control of the franchise in five years.
