Obama Selects Zients to Replace Sperling at NEC

Sept. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg chief Washington correspondent Peter Cook reports that President Barack Obama has selected Jeffery Zients, former acting chief of U.S. Office of Management and Budget, to replace Gene Sperling as director of the National Economic Council.
