IMF Seeks New Course as Osborne Defends Austerity

May 8 (Bloomberg) -- The IMF has had a change of heart after earlier praising U.K. austerity measures and seeks a new course for the economy as U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne braces for a battle with managing director Christine Lagarde. Bloomberg's Jessica Howard reports.
