Suntory Buys Glaxo's Lucozade, Ribena in $2.1B Deal

Sept. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg European business correspondent Caroline Hyde reports that Suntory Beverage & Food Ltd. agreed to a purchase of the Lucozade and Ribena drink brands from GlaxoSmithKline Plc in a $2.1 billion as the beverage maker seeks to expand business beyond its domestic market.
