Aug. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Matthew G. Miller, a Bloomberg News editor-in-large, talks about "hidden billionaire" Dirce Navarro de Camargo, the third richest person in Brazil. With a net worth is $13.1 billion, she is the 59th-richest person in the world, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. A grandmother whose birth date could not be confirmed, Camargo controls Sao Paulo-based conglomerate Camargo Correa SA which has interests in cement, electricity and Havaianas flip-flops.
